The Stark-Tuscarawas-Wayne Joint Solid Waste Management District needed a home for critical information about items people should recycle in the tri-county area. Although the district has a period mailing with similar information, district leaders wanted a permanent home to help educate visitors about everything from drop-off centers to special paint, oil and used battery collections. One of the site's most popular features is "I Did My Part..." It recognizes how regional youth have worked hard to protect the environment. With an e-mail registry, the district also sends out periodic e-mail messages about special programs and collections. Kinetic expressions trained a member of the organization to update the site in real-time using Front Page.
